Exchange and Refund Policy
REFUNDS
Only when the article is damaged or received differently from the placed order, a refund is granted. Within 12 hours of receiving the product, Aden Farooq should be notified of any damage in writing. The damaged item must be returned to Aden Farooq in its original packaging, with all labels and price tags attached. A refund will be processed when Aden Farooq has received the article and analyzed the cause of damage. The refund will be issued to the same credit card used to make the initial purchase. The cost of the item(s) plus any applicable taxes will be deducted from your account. Unless the goods are defective or differ from the purchase, shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund procedure could take some time to complete. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled or reimbursed unless the product is damaged or different than what was ordered at the time of shipment. Please note that any refunds will be net of bank fees. Aden Farooq will not be responsible for any bank costs imposed on credit card transactions, including refund fees and any currency rate differentials imposed by the bank. If the consumer requests it, Aden Farooq will gladly offer any documentary evidence. The policy outlined above also applies to COD items. EXCHANGE POLICY
Please make sure you order the correct size when placing your order. At +92 xxx (xxxxxxx), a customer care expert is always available to assist you with sizing. Aden Farooq does not have a policy of swapping sizes when customers order the wrong size; nevertheless, at our option, we may accommodate our customers and exchange the size as per the exchange policy, although shipping charges would apply. Within 12 hours of receiving the article by courier, an exchange request should be made. If the item has not been worn, all tags are intact, and you have the original invoice, you are ready to proceed with the exchange.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Order can be canceled from your side if it is not yet processed. Once the article has been dispatched, only a refund and exchange policy will be applied. Only Aden Farooq has the charge to cancel the order for reasons like pricing fault, stocking issue of the item, or decline in credit card payment by the supplying financial institution.
Note: Custom-made orders can neither be exchanged nor refunded.
